SERVPRO's Staff was efficient, professional, and friendly. They were concerned about doing their job well.

We would like to thank SERVPRO for their quick response to our hurricane irma problam. 

Also, we would like to provide some feedback on the crew who was sent to perform the services. All three gentlemen were polite and friendly and tookgreat care when moving our furniture. Their crew cheir, Alex Josephs was a true professional. We were impressed with his conduct. He kept us informed of every step in the process and we especially appreciated his puncyuality. the crew was here for four days and arrived on time. The one occasion when the team was running about 40 minutes late, Alex called in advance to inform us of the delay.
