How does water damage affect flooring?

Water can affect flooring in different ways and are addressed by our certified and trained technicians. This bathroom floor is tile and should be able to be cleaned easily.

• Wood Floors - When they are wet they need to be dried quickly.
• Tile - Tile is easy to clean and disinfect because of its non-porous nature.
• Laminate Floors - These floors are not very good quality and will not last in water.
• Linoleum Floor - As long as the water does not get underneath the linoleum it can be saved. However, if it penetrates the edges of the floor it will have to be replaced.
