Entire House Flooded in Melbourne, FL

This Melbourne family's entire home was flooded late on a Sunday night. The water damage was caused by a decorative picture that fell behind the toilet, braking the toilet supply line. Once SERVPRO of South Brevard got the emergency call, our crew arrived at the home within the hour. Here at SERVPRO of South Brevard, we understand that the longer water sits, the more damage that occurs. We immediately had several crew members start extracting the standing water in separate rooms. Then started setting the furniture on blocks, to prevent any more water damage to it and start setting fans and dehumidifiers. Our crew worked diligently into the wee hours of the morning, to make sure all the standing water was gone and to set up equipment to start the drying process.
